Enlighten Canberra Festival

In 2002, I was selected (along with four other artists) to design artworks for projection (in collaboration with Electric Canvas Studios, Sydney) onto some of Canberra’s most iconic buildings - the National Library of Australia, the National Portrait Gallery and Questacon – as part of the Enlighten festival. For the project, I collaborated with a small group of students from Wangaratta and young adults from Melbourne and Canberra to produce works that explored portraiture and the theme of ‘consciousness’. The participants’ artworks were incorporated into my final designs and these were projected on the National Library of Australia in March 2013 (see images below).
